Will this be a private door to door transfer without other people?
+We are traveling with children, can we request child seats?
+Yes, and without extra cost. During booking process you will be able to choose which type of child seats are needed.
What pickup you suggest to choose when traveling from resort to airport?
+If you are not confident about choosing pickup time, please contact us and we will help.
Can we stop on the way to get lunch or to buy groceries?
+Quick stops like toilet breaks or if someone needs fresh air are included. But longer stops are subject to drivers availability and costs 25 eur for 30 minutes. If you need to buy groceries, we suggest to choose supermarket where you can pre order and driver will make a quick stop without asking waiting time payment.
Is it allowed to consume alcohol during transfer?
+It's strictly prohibited to consume alcohol during transfer. Driver have the rights to refuse to carry any person who is, or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat for a safe journey. No refund will be made in those circumstances.
Where i will meet driver at the airport?
+Your driver will be waiting for you at arrivals hall, holding a sign or a tablet displaying the lead passenger's name. In case you can't locate driver, please contact emergency number displayed in booking confirmation email.
What pickup time I should choose from the airport?
+From our experience, in summer season customers are ready for pickup 30-40 minutes after plane arrival. But during winter season, on weekends whenh airport is busy, it usually takes 50-60 minutes. If you are not confident about choosing pickup time, please contact us and we will help.
We are delayed. Will driver wait for us?
+Free waiting for airport pickups is up to 1h after pickup time you chose. For hotel/train station pickups up to 20 minutes. Additional waiting time can be arranged. Subject to availability and waiting time fee might be needed to be paid. Please contact emergency number displayed in booking confirmation email.
Is it allowed to eat/drink during transfer?
+As long as you make sure car interior is still clean at drop off location. Few food crumbs will not be an issue. But if there will be liquid stains or some spilled sauce on the seats, you will be obligated to pay cleaning fee to the driver at your drop off location. Cleaning fee amount will be decided by driver (up to 100 eur).
What is cancellation policy?
+- Cancellations made on the date of travel - No refund
- Cancellations made 1-2 days before date of travel - 80% refund
- Cancellations made 3+ days before date of travel - Full refund
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@easygotransfers.com no later than 18:00 (GMT+2), otherwise it will be processed on the following day.
